To measure your wrist size, wrap a measuring tape around the narrow part of the wrist. For a stretch bracelet, that is your bracelet length. For a clasp bracelet, add a half inch (0.5) to the wrist measurement. This will be your bracelet length.

The average bracelet length for teens is 6.5 inches.

Protect bracelet from any cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures. Never wear bracelet while swimming or showering. Do not overly stretch elastic bracelets.
